Community Association Facilities Manager

The Phillips Landing Community Association has appointed Altitude Facilities Management (AFM) as our Community Association Facilities Manager commencing onsite as from Tuesday 3 March 2026.

AFM will be responsible to the Association Committee and work closely with Premier Strata Management, the Community Association’s Managing Agent.

When on site the Altitude Facilities Manager can be found in the Captains Club or in the grounds undertaking inspections, dealing with CA contractors or residents.
