Phillips Landing Community Association

The Phillips Landing Community Association (PLCA) is responsible for managing the common property of Phillips Landing in accordance with the Community Land Management Act 1989, as amended, and the Community Association DP 270051 Management Statement Registered 4 November 1998, as amended. The Association is made up of one representative from each of the 15 strata blocks, elected at each strata's Annual General Meeting. An executive committee of the Association is elected at the Association's Annual General Meetings. The PLCA employs a managing agent to provide professional and accounting services.

Each strata block is managed by its Owners' Corporation in accordance with the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, as amended. Most also employ a managing agent to provide professional and accounting services.
